Our company is a leading food manufacturer seeking an experienced Dispatch Executive to join our logistics team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle operations, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive with 2 years of experience in the food industry to manage vehicle operations, dispatch, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Management: Manage a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

2. Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate dispatches as per customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

3. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and improve processes.

4. Route Optimization: Optimize routes to reduce transit times, lower costs, and improve delivery efficiency.

5. Driver Management: Manage driver schedules, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and support as needed.

6. Order Tracking: Track orders, update customers on delivery status, and resolve any delivery-related issues.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations, dispatches, and logistics activities.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation management in the food industry.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
