What you will do

• Manage operations and performance through quality-focused metrics and tools such as Daily Management, VMS, and QMS.
• Manage site budgets and workforce planning by controlling expenses and optimizing transportation costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality through the adoption of WCM methodology.
• Lead, recruit, develop, and manage teams, with overall responsibility for staff competence and productivity.
• Collaborate actively with SACs, market company organizations, Global SSN, and suppliers to improve efficiency and ensure supply chain readiness. Lead cross-functional coordination within SSN as the market interface, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of market concerns.
• Ensure all Distribution Center activities comply with local, regional, and global regulations, as well as Tetra Pak procedures and policies.
• Work closely with Supplier Management and SSN teams to expand local sourcing, improve supply resilience, and support business growth.

We believe you have

• At least 8-10 years’ experience driving, managing, and leading Distribution Center operations, including warehousing, shipping, and logistics.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Project Management skills and experience
• Good communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
