🚗 Office Boy cum DriverLocation: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: As per experience and interview
- Job Responsibilities:बँकेत जाणे, चेक भरणे व पासबुक/बँक स्टेटमेंट आणणे
- ऑफिसची बेसिक साफसफाई व फाइल्स व्यवस्थित ठेवणे
- क्लायंट/पाहुण्यांना चहा-पाणी देणे व त्यांचे स्वागत करणे
- स्टेशनरी, किराणा व ऑफिससाठी आवश्यक वस्तू आणणे
- कुरिअर/पोस्ट ऑफिसची कामे करणे
- ऑफिसमधील वस्तूंची दुरुस्ती आवश्यक असल्यास प्लंबर, सुतार किंवा संबंधित व्यक्तीला बोलावून काम करून घेणे
- ऑफिसने दिलेल्या पैशांचा योग्य हिशोब ठेवणे
- मीटिंग/कॉन्फरन्स रूमची व्यवस्था करणे
- प्रिंटिंग, झेरॉक्स व स्कॅनिंगमध्ये मदत करणे
- कागदपत्रे व फाइलिंग व्यवस्थित ठेवण्यास मदत करणे
- आवश्यकतेनुसार स्टाफ/सिनियरना प्रवासासाठी घेऊन जाणे व सोडणे
- ऑफिसच्या वाहनाची योग्य काळजी घेणे
- वरिष्ठांनी दिलेली इतर ऑफिस संबंधित कामे वेळेवर पूर्ण करणे
- Mandatory Requirements:Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence अनिवार्य
- 4-Wheeler चालवता येणे अनिवार्य
- पुणे शहरातील रस्त्यांची चांगली माहिती असणे
- प्रामाणिक, जबाबदार आणि वेळेचे भान असणे
- सभ्य व चांगला संवाद असणे
- बँक, कुरिअर, ऑफिस रनिंग व इतर बाहेरील कामे करण्याची तयारी
