Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and day-to-day seller accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, images and catalog content.
- Update pricing, offers, discounts and product information.
- Monitor and manage seller accounts on a daily basis.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns and customer queries.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, account issues and marketplace-related problems.
- Monitor product performance, sales and marketplace metrics.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and requirements.
- Suggest ideas and strategies to improve online sales and product visibility.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and seller panels.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks efficiently.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a strong interest in e-commerce can also apply.
