Job Description
Operation and maintenance of utility systems such as HVAC, electrical panels/breakers, pumps, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and allied equipment like UPS ,DG set ,Cooling tower ,MSEB /DG Change over process etc.
2. Monitor daily utility parameters and ensure smooth functioning of systems.
3. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
4. Attend emergency utility breakdowns and resolve issues within minimum downtime.
5. Maintain records/logbooks of utility operations and maintenance activities.
6. Ensure safety practices during maintenance work.
7. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for utility-related activities.
8. Support production and facility operations for uninterrupted utility services.
Required Qualification:-
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
Experience Required:
• 2 - 4 years of experience in production industry or commercial tower utility maintenance.
Preferred Skills:
1. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and utility equipment.
2. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
3. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
