Job Title: Software Engineer II
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable software features and services with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and Claude to improve development productivity, code quality, and design reviews.
- Lead technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for assigned features and workstreams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams on technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements, automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Use Generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for technical documentation, specifications, and design artifacts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or similar modern languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile development, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in high-scale, transaction-intensive environments is preferred.
Preferred
- Exposure to airline, travel, or enterprise-scale technology platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered developer tools to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.
