As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that may include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying value drivers. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and driving impactful technology initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients and internal teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise platform requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across different business units.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
