Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of business workflows. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the function s operations and the ability to coordinate efforts that align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of changes across the function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery of objectives.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to team members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by offering mentorship and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Experience with cloud-based service models and understanding of scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes within cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on integrating technology solutions to enhance business functions.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and platforms that support remote and cross-team interactions.
