Event Logistics Executive

Plan and coordinate transportation of event equipment such as LED TVs, laptops, projectors, projector screens, small audio speakers, and other event materials.

Manage delivery, installation, setup, and pickup of all equipment for exhibitions and events.

Prepare and manage dispatch schedules based on confirmed event orders and timelines.

Ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment at exhibition venues according to event requirements.

Supervise loading, unloading, and installation of equipment at the venue.

Be present at the venue during setup and dismantling to ensure smooth execution.

Quickly resolve logistics or technical issues during events to avoid delays or disruptions.

Coordinate with transport vendors, installation teams, and event coordinators for smooth event operations.

Ensure all equipment is properly packed, checked, and returned safely after event completion.

Should know 4 wheeler driving and possess valid TR license
