Job Description
Manage day-to-day production activities in sheet metal fabrication
Plan and monitor cutting, bending, welding, drilling, and assembly operations
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and helpers on the shop floor
Monitor quality, productivity, and rejection control
Maintain production records, daily reports, and job status
Support implementation of process improvements and cost reduction
Ensure safety rules and housekeeping on the shop floor
Coordinate with stores for material availability
