Job Description
FCDuties
* Open and close the store as per SOP.
* Ensure POS backup and DSR are updated daily.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive conversions.
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
* Manage billing, exchanges, alterations, and customer follow-ups.
* Handle stock inward, outward, and weekly inventory audits.
* Maintain VM standards and store cleanliness.
* Send daily and monthly reports to the brand, mall, and management.
* Coordinate with brand team, mall management, IT, and vendors.
* Monitor cash, petty cash, and card transactio
