Field Recruiter

A Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent directly in the field, often traveling to different locations to meet staffing needs. This role emphasizes building pipelines of candidates, conducting onsite interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Networking
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to field positions.
• Use social media, job fairs, resume mining, and local networking to identify candidates.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers
• Partner with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Provide market insights and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Pipeline Development
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
• Conduct exploratory interviews to keep a consistent talent pool.
• Employer Branding
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events.

Interview Mode: Face to face

Office Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days:- Monday to Friday and First Saturday of Every Month (Rest Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off)
