Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through field visits and direct customer interactions.

• Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and generate new sales leads.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in field sales/business development preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

CompensationSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000per month

Location: Wakad pune
