Field Sales Executive

Atharv Signart is looking for a confident, target-oriented Signage Marketing & Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Wakad, Pune.

You will generate new business, build client relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed signage orders.

Products you will sell:

- 3D Letters, LED Sign Boards, ACP Sign Boards, Acrylic Letters

- Glow Sign Boards, Channel Letters, Corporate Signage

- Customized Branding Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, and references

- Visit shops, showrooms, offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and industries

- Build relationships with business owners, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design and production teams

- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly with customers

- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales

- Coordinate with production and installation teams until project completion

- Maintain long-term relationships to get repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve monthly targets

- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits across Pune

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, and CRM tools

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Added advantage: Experience in signage, advertising, printing, branding, interior, construction, or building materials.

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 30,000 per month + attractive sales incentives (based on experience, communication, and sales ability)
