Job Description

We are hiring motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of CASA Sales Executive for Indian Bank on a third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA).
• Generate business through field visits, market activities, and customer meetings.
• Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, shop owners, and potential customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or a similar industry.
• Candidates with experience in CASA sales, Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, personal loans, or other financial products will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Must be willing to work in Pune.

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: 19000 to 21000.
• Monthly Incentives: ₹5,000–₹10,000, based on performance and target achievement.
• Payroll: Third-party payroll.
• Opportunity to work with Indian Bank.
