Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by promoting society management and facility management services to residential housing societies, apartment associations, builders, and property developers. The role involves identifying prospects, meeting then, lining up a meeting and following up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Meet Managing Committees (MC), RWAs, CHS committees, builders, and property consultants.

Present the company's society management and facility management services.

Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.

Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into long-term clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate with operations during onboarding of new societies.

Attend society AGM/SGM meetings and business presentations when required.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
