Job Description

1. Under guidance of Facility Manager, monitor, operate and maintain Checklists for Water Supply, Sewage disposal ,Fire fighting system ,FAS, Fire extinguishers, etc.

2. Under guidance of Facility Manager, co-ordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper preventive maintenance.

3. Meeting client expectation

4. Maintaining high standard of service delivery at site 

5. Ensuring Zero Down time of the system.
