## About the Role

is looking for passionate and target-driven *Europe GIT Sales Specialists* with strong destination knowledge and proven experience in selling Europe group tours. The ideal candidates will handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable Europe itineraries, convert leads into confirmed bookings and contribute to business revenue.

*Mandatory: Prior experience in Europe holiday sales and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) packages is essential.*

## Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Europe GIT holiday packages, including multi-country itineraries and escorted group tours.

- Handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements and recommend suitable Europe tour packages.

- Prepare and explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing and travel schedules.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM.

- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Visa and Ticketing teams to ensure smooth booking and departure processes.

- Maintain strong product knowledge of European destinations, tour circuits, seasonal travel trends and package offerings.

- Build customer relationships to generate repeat business, referrals and positive reviews.

## Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism qualifications are preferred.

- Relevant experience in travel sales, preferably in Europe holiday packages and GIT sales.

- *Mandatory Europe destination sales experience.* Candidates without Europe holiday sales experience will not be considered.

- Good understanding of European tour circuits, multi-country itineraries, package pricing and travel inclusions.

- Strong sales conversion, negotiation, communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work with sales targets, follow-up pipelines and CRM systems.

- Knowledge of Europe visa processes and travel documentation will be an advantage.

## Key Performance Indicators

1. Achievement of monthly Europe GIT sales and revenue targets.

2. Lead conversion and confirmed group-tour bookings.

3. Sales pipeline management and timely customer follow-ups.

4. Customer satisfaction, booking accuracy and coordination with Operations.
