About You 

The Global Data & Analytics Analyst transforms data into clear dashboards, reports, and practical automation solutions that help Global Business Services teams make better decisions and work more efficiently. 

In this junior analyst role, you will use Power BI as a core tool to develop and maintain dashboards, manage and validate data, and support reporting and automation projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, learn Kimberly-Clark systems and tools, and take ownership of assigned tasks. Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, strong English communication, and the ability to learn independently using available materials and support from colleagues. It starts with YOU. 

Job responsibilities include: 

Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable business insights. 

  • Create KPI dashboards and performance reporting for GBS stakeholders. 

  • Use Power Query, data modeling, and appropriate calculations to prepare reliable reporting outputs. 

  • Validate report inputs and outputs to support accurate, timely, and consistent reporting. 

Data Management & Analysis 

  • Collect, organize, manage, validate, and analyze data from relevant business systems and sources. 

  • Identify data-quality issues and work with stakeholders or colleagues to resolve them. 

  • Translate business questions into structured analysis, dashboards, reports, or data solutions. 

  • Handle sensitive data and assigned analytical tasks with care, accuracy, and accountability. 

Automation & Digital Solutions 

  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting and process-automation solutions. 

  • Use one or more adjacent tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, advanced Excel, or Excel macros/VBA to improve workflows and reporting. 

  • Assist with managing SharePoint sites, data solutions, and automation tools used by the team. 

  • Identify practical opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting, data, dashboard, and automation requirements. 

  • Provide clear updates, explain analytical outputs, and support users in understanding dashboards and solutions. 

  • Contribute to projects involving data, reporting, automation, and process improvement. 

  • Collaborate across functions and global time zones using clear written and spoken English. 

Learning & Continuous Improvement 

  • Learn new Kimberly-Clark tools, systems, and processes through available training materials, self-directed learning, and collaboration with peers. 

  • Proactively seek information, ask questions, and find solutions when encountering unfamiliar tasks. 

  • Adapt to new systems and changing business requirements with resilience and a growth mindset. 

  • Apply continuous improvement thinking to strengthen dashboards, data processes, reporting, and automation solutions. 

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, MIS, or automation. 

  • Hands-on experience using Power BI to build dashboards and reports. 

  • Working knowledge of data management, data validation, reporting, and analysis. 

  • Experience with at least one or two adjacent tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, advanced Excel, or Excel macros/VBA. 

  • Good written and spoken English for stakeholder communication and collaboration. 

  • Demonstrated learning agility, self-motivation, resilience, problem solving, and ownership of assigned tasks. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of Python or R and exposure to advanced analytics. 

  • Experience with SQL or querying structured data sources. 

  • Exposure to SAP or other enterprise platforms. 

  • Experience supporting automation solutions, SharePoint administration, or workflow improvement. 

  • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement knowledge or certification. 

  • Relevant Power BI, Power Platform, analytics, or data certification.
