About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can create engaging and professional visual content for our organization, social media platforms, news portals, events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for social media.
• Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Design news graphics, breaking news posts, headlines, thumbnails and informational creatives for news portals.
• Create creatives for NGO activities, CSR initiatives, awareness campaigns, events and special occasions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Work closely with the HR, Media, Content and Management teams to understand design requirements.
• Create designs within deadlines and handle multiple design requirements efficiently.
• Edit and improve existing designs as per requirements.
• Keep updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative formats.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual composition.
• Ability to create attractive and professional social media creatives.
• Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate

• Freshers with good designing skills can apply.
• Candidates with 0–1 years of experience always will be preferred.
• A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates having a portfolio of previous designs will be preferred.
