Job Summary

The Gymnast / Activity Executive is responsible for ensuring guest safety, delivering excellent customer service, supervising activities, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the activity areas.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Guide guests regarding park activities, rules, and safety procedures.
• Assist guests with queries and provide prompt support.
• Ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and professionally.
• Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and birthday packages.

Safety & Activity Supervision

• Explain safety rules and guidelines before guests enter activity zones.
• Continuously monitor trampoline courts and other attractions.
• Ensure guests follow all safety guidelines and immediately intervene in case of unsafe behaviour.
• Demonstrate the correct and safe use of trampolines and attractions.
• Conduct warm-up sessions and activity briefings where applicable.
• Respond promptly to accidents or emergencies and report incidents to the concerned manager.

Guest Engagement & Events

• Organize games and activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Assist during birthday parties, school visits, corporate events, and other activities.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Café teams whenever required.

Park Maintenance & Safety Checks

• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and activity areas.
• Immediately report damaged or unsafe equipment to the reporting manager.
• Ensure activity areas remain clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Assist in maintaining overall park cleanliness.

Compliance & Discipline

• Follow all company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Comply with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Wear the prescribed uniform and PPE at all times.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure strict adherence to company policies.
