Job Description

  • Handle recruitment, interviews, selection and onboarding.
  • Manage attendance, leave, employee records and payroll inputs.
  • Implement HR policies, maintain discipline and track employee performance.
  • Coordinate with department heads and support employee-related matters.
  • Maintain HR reports using Excel and HR software.
  • Coordinate HR activities for our Bangalore branch.
  • Supervise one person responsible for repairs and maintenance.
