HR Intern

• Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination.

• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding required documents and the next steps in the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team with daily administrative and recruitment-related activities.

• Skills & Requirements

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
