Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and operations; develop employer branding and compelling JDs.

• Onboarding & Training: Lead cultural integration and coordinate training on CRM systems, RERA compliance, and sales negotiation.

• Performance Management: Track real estate KPIs (bookings, revenue) and assist in monthly performance reviews and reward programs.

• Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and feedback sessions to maintain high morale in a high-pressure setting.

• Retention & Operations: Conduct stay/exit interviews, handle grievance resolution, and manage smooth offboarding processes.

• Growth Mapping: Assist in identifying high-potential employees for internal promotions and career progression.

Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.

• Skills: Strong communication, proficiency in MS Office/HRMS, and basic knowledge of real estate industry dynamics.

• Traits: Problem-solver, negotiator, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Organization: The ability to juggle multiple tasks—like scheduling five interviews while updating a spreadsheet—without breaking a sweat.

• Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential employee information with absolute professionalism.
