Human Resource Generalist

The HR Executive will support the HR department in managing

recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR

operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, fosters a positive work

environment, and aligns HR initiatives with business goals.

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of employees, including posting job

openings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing

offer letters.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR

documentation.

• Support performance appraisal processes, training programs, and

employee development initiatives.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs to improve

retention and morale.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR

procedures.

• Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and reporting.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.

• Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational

development initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review
