Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team from the office. This is a desk job suitable for freshers or candidates with limited experience who are sincere and willing to learn. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, creating reports, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and simple presentations for clients
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with the sales team for updates and compile data
• Learn and understand the basics of i-Kcal’s products and solutions
• Keep organized records of inquiries, proposals, and sales data
• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team

Skills & Qualification

• Graduate (any stream; technical/commerce background preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to quickly grasp product basics (training will be provided)
• Sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
