Job Summary

CaratLane is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Consultants to join its retail team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, and pricing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent in-store service.
• Manage product displays and ensure the showroom is well-maintained.
• Support billing, sales transactions, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on jewellery trends.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
