Job Description

Kitchen staff members are responsible for preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting chefs to ensure fast and safe service Food Preparation and Cooking

  • Chop and peel: Wash, cut, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats.
  • Measure ingredients: Weigh and portion items according to recipes.
  • Operate equipment: Use grills, ovens, and stovetops to cook dishes.
  • Plate meals: Assemble finished plates and help prepare garnishes. Epos Now +4

Cleaning and Sanitization

  • Wash dishes: Clean cookware, utensils, and plates using dishwashers or hand-washing.
  • Sanitize surfaces: Wipe down counters, cutting boards, and cooking stations.
  • Remove waste: Empty trash cans and mop floors regularly
