Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, Azure services, CI/CD, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications.
Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive web applications using React JS.
Drive technical design discussions and enforce development best practices.
Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives.
Ability to work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience with Azure services including: 
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure Service Bus
Azure Blob Storage
Azure Key Vault
Azure DevOps

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems.
Experience with databases such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging platforms.
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Microsoft Azure Certifications:

AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate

 Experience with Redux and front-end testing frameworks.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and microservices transformation initiatives
