Loan Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business and assisting customers with finance solutions for Commercial Vehicles, Cars, and Construction Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

•      Generate new leads and identify potential customers for vehicle and equipment finance.

•      Visit customers, dealers, businesses, and other potential sources to generate business.

•      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable finance solutions.

•      Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.

•      Coordinate with customers, dealers, Credit, Operations, and other internal teams.

•      Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.

•      Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.

•      Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

•      Conduct regular field visits and maintain updated lead and customer records.

•      Ensure proper collection and submission of required documents.

•      Handle customer queries and provide timely support throughout the loan process.

Candidate Requirements

•    Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Vehicle Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Loan Sales will be preferred.

•      Good communication and customer-handling skills.

•      Marathi and Hindi communication skills are required.

•      Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

•      Comfortable with field work and local travel.

•      Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

•      Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
