Job Description

We are looking for a Loan Officer with experience in Business Loan sales to drive customer acquisition and loan disbursements in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.
  • Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
  • Build relationships with MSME/business customers, DSA/connector networks, and local markets.
  • Assess customer requirements and coordinate with credit/operations teams.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Loan sales.
  • Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Pune market and local business segments.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates from NBFCs, banks, or fintech lending companies preferred.
