Job Description
- Coordinate daily transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, transport documents, and shipment records.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Manage inventory movement and coordinate loading and unloading activities.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and other logistics-related problems.
- Monitor transportation costs and help improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
