Logistics Executive

Job Title: Logistics ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to sales orders, samples, couriers, and dispatches. The candidate should have strong knowledge of courier and logistics operations and be capable of independently handling day-to-day logistics coordination.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end logistics coordination for all sales orders and samples.
• Book and coordinate courier, transport, and delivery services as per requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of courier and logistics operations, including shipment booking, pickup scheduling, tracking, delivery, and POD management.
• Coordinate and negotiate with courier and logistics partners for timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Follow up with courier partners regarding pickup, transit delays, delivery issues, and PODs.
• Track all shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams for smooth dispatches.
• Verify shipping addresses, product quantity, packing, and required documents before dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of courier bookings, tracking details, freight charges, PODs, and dispatches.
• Handle and resolve courier/logistics-related issues independently.
• Ensure all sales samples and customer orders are dispatched within the committed timeline.
• Coordinate with customers whenever required regarding shipment and delivery updates.
• Maintain good working relationships with all courier and transport partners.
• Prepare regular logistics/dispatch reports for management.
• Handle any other logistics-related responsibilities assigned by management.
• Required Skills & Experience:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in courier and logistics operations is mandatory.
• Experience in handling courier booking, shipment tracking, pickup, delivery, and PODs.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple shipments and logistics activities.
• Prior experience in Logistics / Dispatch / Courier / Supply Chain Operations will be preferred.
