Job Title: Functional Tester

Designation: Process Lead

Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester with a strong background in Manual Testing to lead our project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of manual testing processes to ensure that all project outcomes meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Implement and oversee manual testing processes to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Manual Testing methodologies and processes.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
