Marketing Executive (Tele-calling & Lead Conversion)

TaxKitab is a Pune-based CA and tax consultancy firm serving 3,000+ businesses across India and overseas since 2017. We are looking for a confident Marketing Executive who enjoys talking to people, following up on leads and converting enquiries into clients.

What you will do:

• Call leads from our website, Google, social media, Justdial and ad campaigns
• Explain our services (GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Company Registration, Payroll) in simple terms
• Follow up on calls and WhatsApp until the lead is converted or closed
• Fix client meetings and coordinate with our CA team for proposals and quotations
• Maintain a daily lead sheet with call status, follow-up dates and conversions
• Call past and existing clients for renewals, new services and reviews
• Promote TaxKitab Academy training programs and webinars
• Support social media posting and Google Business Profile updates when needed
• Share a weekly report on calls made, leads followed and clients converted

Who should apply:

• 1 year of experience in marketing, tele-calling, tele-sales or lead generation
• Clear and confident communication in Marathi, Hindi and English
• Target-driven, organised and good at building rapport
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in a CA, finance, insurance or service company is a plus
• Female candidates preferred
