Job Description

1. Design BIW Spot welding fixtures using Catia V5/UG NX.

2. Develop fixture concepts with locators, clamps, pins, and supports.

3. Ensure proper 3-2-1 locating, G&T, tolerances, and weld gun accessibility.

4. Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.

5. Coordinate with manufacturing, welding, and quality teams for design feasibility and modifications.

6. Experience in BIW Spot Welding Fixture Design.
