Service Relationship Officer – Merchant Acquisition Department

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Handle assigned merchant portfolios, relationship building, and retention.  

- Cross Sales: Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to merchants, enhancing overall revenue.  

- Merchant Acquisition: Support acquisition of new merchants, ensuring compliance with bank policies and smooth integration into systems.  

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, resolving queries and providing proactive support.  

- Performance Tracking: Monitor merchant performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management.  

- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all merchant-related activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.  

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Knowledge of merchant services, banking products, and portfolio management.  

- Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.  

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
