·         Excellent documentation and articulation skills

·         Very high Proficiency in Technical and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

·         Very high proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Configuration and Customization

·         Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts

·         Good Proficiency in overall system integrations using Azure integration platform

·         Proficiency in reports development using Power BI, SSRS

·         Good understanding of functional modules such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to work independently
