Office Boy

• Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, pantry, and common areas.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Ensure the pantry is clean and properly organized.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic office-related tasks.
• Handle and distribute office documents, courier packages, and other materials.
• Assist with office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery management.
• Support the HR and Admin team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Help arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.
• Follow office rules and maintain discipline and professionalism.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass preferred.

• Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
