Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle basic office errands and document movement.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
• Deliver and collect documents or materials as required
. • Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain pantry and common areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by the office administration.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 12th Pass.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and a polite attitude.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Basic understanding of office work.
• Ability to handle routine office tasks efficiently.
