Job Description

  1. बँका आणि इतर कार्यालयांमधून कागदपत्रे गोळा करणे.
  2. बँकांमध्ये डीडी (DD), धनादेश (cheques) आणि कागदपत्रे सादर करणे.
  3. पावत्या आणि पोचपावतीच्या प्रती (acknowledgement copies) गोळा करणे.
  4. प्रलंबित कागदपत्रे आणि सादर केलेल्या बाबींचा पाठपुरावा करणे.
  5. सर्व कागदपत्रांची योग्य नोंद ठेवणे.
  6. दैनंदिन बाहेरील आणि कार्यालयीन कामे हाताळणे.


  1. Collect documents from banks and other offices.
  2. Submit DDs, cheques, and documents to banks.
  3. Collect receipts and acknowledgement copies.
  4. Follow up on pending documents and submissions.
  5. Maintain proper records of all documents.
  6. Handle routine outdoor and office-related work.
