Job Description

●      office operations by welcoming walk-in customers and efficiently processing their bookings.

●       Serve as the primary point of contact for office phone inquiries, routing pick-up requests seamlessly to the Hub team.

●       Execute accurate data entry for all bookings in the system, ensuring the timely generation of invoices and E-way bills.

●       Oversee dispatch quality control by verifying that all materials are correctly labelled and securely loaded into company vehicles.

●       Coordinate closely with the fleet team to ensure timely and error-free departures.

●      Maintain the daily cash ledger, accurately tracking all incoming revenue and office expenses.

Reconcile daily financial reports to ensure zero discrepancies at the close of business.
