Oracle Cloud Technical / Techno-Functional Engineer

·         Degree in Engineering/ master’s in computer applications

·         5 - 8 Years of experience as Oracle Cloud Technical / Techno-Functional

·         Mandatory experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Learning module implementation

·         Technical Expertise areas like BI/OTBI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast formula and HDL/HSDL and functional expertise in Core HR and Learning

·         Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion)

·         Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components

·         Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud HCM applications

·         Must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC

·         Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure

·         Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions

·         Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model

·         Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
