Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba, S2C Skill.
- Strong expertise in configuring and integrating cloud-based procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment processes within SaaS environments.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with vendor management and aligning technical solutions with business constraints.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
