Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and implement necessary adjustments is a key part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories to support team learning and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes.
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and enhance application features.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
