Job Description
Job Opening: Female PhlebotomistPosition: Phlebotomist (Female)
Location: pune
A valid bike or scooter (Activa) driving license is mandatory.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: After completing 100 sample collections, you will receive ₹50 per additional sample/order.
- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit patients at their location and collect blood samples.
- Perform blood collection using a Vacutainer (mandatory skill).
- Ensure proper sample handling and follow collection protocols.
- Provide a professional and patient-friendly experience during home visits.
- EligibilityQualification: DMLT or MLT (Completed).
- Mandatory: Experience in blood collection using a Vacutainer.
- Driving Requirement: Must have a bike or Activa with a valid driving licence.
- TrainingKnowledge of MER and ESJI is preferred.
- If you are not familiar with these processes, training will be provided by the company.
- Working HoursShift Timing: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
