Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from warehouse shelves as per order sheets or picking lists.
- Verify product names, codes, quantities, and specifications.
- Check products for damage, defects, or expiry dates (where applicable).
- Pack products safely using appropriate packing materials.
- Label packed items correctly with order details and shipping information.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with the delivery team.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse.
- Update stock records and report inventory discrepancies.
- Follow warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Basic understanding of picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Order picking accuracy.
- Packing quality.
- Daily order completion.
- Minimum product damage.
- Timely order dispatch.
- Warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Working ConditionsFull-time warehouse-based job.
- May require standing and walking for extended periods.
