🎯 JOB SUMMARY

KEBA India is expanding its engineering and application capabilities in India and is looking for a PLC Programmer / Application Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, machine automation, machine integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning. The role involves working with customers and OEMs for machine development, implementation, and on-site technical support.

• 💼 SKILLS REQUIRED:
• PLC Programming & Automation
• Structured Text (ST) and PLC logic development
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Machine integration and commissioning
• Electrical schematics and control systems
• HMI / SCADA and visualization concepts
• Ethernet, IP and TCP/IP protocols
• SQL and coding
• Instrumentation and automation systems
• PLC systems, automation tools and control systems
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Structured Text (ST).
• Support machine development, PLC-machine integration, and commissioning.
• Understand electrical schematics and basic machine control architecture.
• Troubleshoot PLC and automation-related issues at customer sites.
• Work closely with customers, OEMs, and machine builders.
• Understand application requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support application development and machine implementation.
• Assist with HMI/SCADA and visualization-related applications.
• Review codes and ensure structured application logic.
• Support on-site commissioning and technical troubleshooting.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• 2+ years of experience in PLC programming, automation, or application engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Structured Text (ST) and PLC systems.
• Experience with machine integration and commissioning.
• Good understanding of electrical schematics and automation systems.
• Experience with OEMs or machine-building companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of KEBA PLC and automation platforms will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Java/CSS, HMI visualization, injection moulding, or hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:₹33,000 – ₹80,000/month, based on skill and experience
