Presales Executive

Job Description:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robotics, AI, STEM, coding, and innovation education solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline presentations for schools and institutions.
• Coordinate to qualify leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and solution briefs.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead information.
• Communicate with school principals, trustees, coordinators, teachers, franchise enquiries, CSR professionals, colleges, and other education stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in client meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, workshops, and education events.
• Develop a strong understanding of IFR's products, programs, and education solutions.
• Coordinate internally with technical, academic, and sales teams to ensure accurate responses to customer queries.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain technology in simple language.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM tools, email, and online meeting platforms.
• Interest in robotics, AI, STEM, education technology, and emerging technologies will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
