Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong AI and ML engineering knowledge, with a proven track record in AI/ML implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models that drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
• Evaluate and optimize existing AI/ML models for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML implementation.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Proven experience in AI/ML implementation in real-world applications.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to drive innovation.
